Individuals

Every client I work with wants a more fulfilling and energized life, higher-quality intimate relationships, and authentic confidence.

Whether currently single or in a relationship, my work resonates most with people who hold self-development and marriage as a meaningful values and are committed to deepening alignment around these ideals.

I offer standard individual sessions for men and women, and have separate, gender-specific offerings.

Standard sessions for singles are for people who face one or more of these challenges:

  • Sensing there is a higher-level within them but struggling to embody it

  • Repeating old patterns, knowing a shift needs to happen but unsure of where to start

  • Difficulty attracting or maintaining a high-quality relationship

  • Inconsistent progress towards personal or relational goals

Our work together typically involves, but is not limited to:

  • Confronting blind spots

  • Releasing old baggage, behaviors, and thinking that distances you from your personal and relational goals

  • Defining standards and clarifying boundaries

  • Identifying needs and improving ability to communicate them

  • Clarifying personal and relational vision and values

Standard sessions are for men and women. Gender-specific solutions are below.

Mentorship

*

Mentorship *

Mentorship offers a more holistic transformation, higher level of support, and deeper relationship with me. This is for individuals who resonate with me at a soul level. You don’t just want me to help you solve a problem — you want to be genuinely connected so you can model aspects of your life after the values I espouse myself.

Over time, I’ve realized I’m able to help men and women differently on deeper levels. We naturally relate differently, and I respect and honor that. For women, I recognize I’m able to help in a more embodied way, helping women essentially become the woman they admire and esteem. Women who want to work with me on a deeper level want to hold themselves to a higher standard and want men to treat them in a way that matches it.

For men, I recognize I’m able to help in a more relational way. Many men who want to connect with me on a deeper level have significant past experiences with women that have left them untrusting, resentful, and apprehensive — yet they would like to overcome it and create a healthy relationship with a woman who values, respects, and loves him.

Women

For women who want to work on their communication, physical attractiveness, fitness, dating etiquette, and mindset.

Particularly women who struggle with:

  • Being too high in masculine energy

  • Maintaining good habits for physical fitness and health

Men

For men who want to work on being more assertive, less defensive, and in control of their thoughts and emotions.

Particularly men who struggle with:

  • Being too accommodating for women

  • Becoming overwhelmed and frustrated in emotional interactions

  • Feeling respected

  • Creating space women where women feel safe and attracted

Client Testimonials

First off, working with Taylor was one of the best investments I have ever made.  Looking back, I knew I needed help but had no idea to what degree, or how powerful truly effective therapy could be.  I had worked with other therapists, and it wasn’t until I started working with Taylor that I realized that not all therapy is created equal.  After our first session, I knew that I was in for a completely different, and wholly impactful experience.

Taylor is direct, insightful, detail oriented, and not just an incredible therapist, but also a powerfully insightful coach. If you are truly ready to see real change in your life and willing to do the work, there is no one better to do it with.  Taylor not only helped me heal from devastating heartbreak, but also re-build my behavioral and emotional patterns so that I could steward positive outcomes in areas where I had repeatedly struggled.  The process was initially humbling and revelatory, and then became empowering, life giving, and liberating.

Taylor helped me un-do so many conscious and subconscious patterns, and coached me in a way that has allowed me to step into the person I have always wanted to be, a man that is truly me, but always just out of reach.  I really can’t recommend Taylor enough, and I hope that if you are struggling, you can muster the courage to step into work with Taylor. With gratitude, reverence, and joy.

I've been working with Taylor for about 3 years now. From the first moment I met her, she has always been very real with me, and I have grown so very much over my time with her. Self-work and growth with her isn't just about learning to leave situations that no longer work for you; it's about learning to be responsible and accountable for your part as well, and becoming a better person, a better partner, and making sure you yourself are good, in a well-rounded way.

Sometimes the truths are harsh, and that's just how it is. She's straightforward , but never demeaning or judgemental. I would not be where I am as a person, or as a wife, without her.

Working with Doc T. from 2021 to 2023 was one of the most meaningful investments I’ve ever made in myself. I entered therapy carrying a lifetime of emotions I had learned to suppress, feelings I didn’t fully understand, let alone know how to process responsibly, and a false sense of pride. I signed up to save my relationship, then it went to healing from the divorce, and transformed into facing me. Really facing me. Taylor created a space that was steady, honest, and grounded enough for me to finally confront those things without judgment. She helped me redefine what responsibility truly meant. Not as emotional avoidance or self criticism, but as ownership, awareness, and intentional action. That reframing changed how I approach both my inner world and my external life. What stands out most about Taylor’s work is how practical, no nonsense and human her approach is. The progress we made wasn’t abstract--it was real and concrete. I became more centered and confident in my career, clearer in my decision making, and more grounded in leadership without losing myself in the process. That same growth carried into my personal life and ultimately into my marriage with my wife, Tatyana. I’m more present, more emotionally available, and more capable of healthy communication than I ever was before. I could write another paragraph about how grounded I am in my faith today as well as a result of your work, but I'll stop here, and express my gratitude. The way you helped me regain my sense of direction? You didn’t tell me who to be. You helped me hear myself clearly again. And for that, I can't thank you enough. Thanks, Doc.

I started working with Taylor because I felt stuck and needed help jump starting life again and getting out of a rut. When I tried on my own, I felt like I needed to check all of these boxes before I could believe my actions were worthwhile. Taylor helped me gain a clear focus of how I wanted to feel rather than am I doing all that I think I want to do. A coach that has therapeutic training makes a difference. Especially, when there are blind spots that need to be address.

Overall, I’m grateful for the progress we made together. Overall, it was an easy and flowing dynamic. I would encourage anyone to work alongside Taylor to actualize their goals.Description goes here

Well, I reached out and started to work with Ms. Chandler because I didn’t want to make more of the same mistakes, relationally speaking. We discovered that I had more to work on than I initially thought and I played more of a destructive role in my past relationships. It was humbling, but I can clearly see the path ahead. I understand the amount of work I need to put in and in what areas for me to attract what I want. I’ve revamped my living space, at her suggestion, which has had positive changes for me in my mental. Delicate yes but she will challenge for the better, definitely A great experience.goes here

I started therapy again, because I have been feeling myself get back into a funk of anxiety and depression, and knew it was time to start releasing some stress. Taylor caught on to my anxious rambling and asked me some questions to not just reel me back in, but really made me think more in depth about my reasoning behind my feelings. She suggested that I get back to myself by indulging in the hobbies that made me feel more like me and that I focused on writing more about my feelings and my plan for myself.

  • Argustic

I chose Taylor as my coach because I could tell from her content that she is a logical sensible practical person with high ideals. I could tell she was the kind of person who could accurately depict things and tell it like it is without being cruel in the process. Her truth has a sense of humor to it.

I began this work because I noticed recurring patterns in my romantic relationship where things would reach a certain point and then break down. I realised these weren’t isolated incidents but part of a larger cycle, and I wanted to understand why they kept happening. Through our sessions, I’ve become more aware of how my past experiences, especially from childhood, and my current actions can unintentionally create an environment that isn’t conducive to a healthy relationship. This awareness has helped me pause, reflect, and start making intentional changes in how I communicate and respond. I feel more capable of breaking those old cycles and creating space for healthier dynamics.

It’s been great working with Taylor. I feel Taylor really understand me and the challenges I’m facing. Taylor helped me connect the dots between past and present in a way that feels both compassionate and constructive. I appreciate the clarity and support she brings, and I feel encouraged to keep growing through this process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can expect personalized care and support. Although all clients are within my scope of practice and specific areas of expertise, every individual is different. I approach each client with a fresh look at what they need. There is not a pre-set program for your 12 sessions. We focus on what you need most so your needs, values, vision, and personality are honored and woven in to your solutions.

On the very first session, we clarify your goals, you will be clear on how I’m going to help you get there, and what kind of work will be required of you based on the presenting challenges.

The first session does include some information-gathering. I need more context about your problem, beyond what we discuss on the initial consult call. But we get to work as soon as possible. You can expect to have an outline of our goals, the way you will be supported, and personalized homework directly related to your target areas from the very first time we meet.

After each session, you can expect a detailed email from me that summarizes our conversation, includes key insights, and homework so you will always have areas to focus on to strengthen what we’re covering. You will always be able to account for the time we spent together and track how we are working towards your goals.

  • Mentorship is a year-long journey with me. Mentees have access to me via text and phone call outside of normal work hours, and can use two sessions per week.

Mentees also have the option of a home visit in their city or a visit to my city, which includes hotel lodging, meals, and activities. Activities are based on the needs and/or interests of the mentee. Home visits to a mentee could include reorganization, wardrobe checks, shopping if necessary, learning dating etiquette in real time, improving social communication, learning the gym, or a retrerat-esque experience where it’s modeled more like a one-person intensive development weekend. This is optional, but covered 100% in the price of mentorship.

This is a high level of transparency and support for deeply aligned individuals who are looking to develop their life with values espousing self-development, marriage preparedness, health, and wellness.

  • Sessions are most often utilized in a package of 12 sessions.

For individual sessions, the total cost of investment is $2220. If sessions are completed outside of a package, the price per session is $210. (Package saves 15%, or $333 over 12 sessions).

For couple sessions, the total cost of investment is $2500. If sessions are completed outside of a package, the price per session is $245. (Package saves 15%, or $440 over 12 sessions)

  • Mentees are in a 1-year long mentorship with me. The cost of investment is $10,000.

  • You can be confident that I do not like to waste time or money — mine or yours. If you are doing the work and we discover I cannot meet your needs, your investment is refunded.

  • The only state I take insurance in is in Virginia. I do offer a sliding scale for clients in any state who express need and who provide proof of income. Sliding scale sessions fall between $100-$180. If financial burden is a concern for you, please do not hesitate to discuss with me on our consultation call.

  • I honor and balance emotional depth with practical strategy.

Clients most often express appreciation for my directness and honesty, while still being able to laugh and have real connection with each other.

I keep the goal in mind, while also making space for the messiness of unexpected or unprocessed emotions that naturally come up when doing deep internal work.

I use elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Therapy, and Behaviorial Coaching, and Transformational Leadership Coaching.

I work from a systemic perspective, acknowledging the interconnectedness of people within systems of their families, relationships, culture, communities, and world at large. The idea we are all co-coreating experiences with each other is a thread you will find throughout my work.
