2022 was an amazing year and we capped it off with a Retreat that went better than I could have imagined. Now, with the power of this team, I expect 2023 will have a much GREATER effect. I am working with this amazing group of women over the entire year to build an experience for you that we believe will change some of the most important parts of your life for the better.

Meet the Team

The women who be leading, facilitating, and supporting you at the December 2023 Retreat!

  • I am a Certified Life Coach and Anger Management Specialist helping people overcome limiting beliefs and shame caused by past experiences. I will help you get rid of guilt and regain the confidence you’ll need to healthily create the life that you desire and deserve.

  • I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping others feel enlightened and empowered to reach their highest potential of health of the mind, body and soul.

    This translates into internal peace, secure relationships with self and others and walking in your purpose.

  • I am a licensed clinical social worker striving to help others discover their inner strengths and self-identity. By using empathy, I am able to connect with others to empower themselves to look beyond their traumas, experiences, negative self talk and thinking patterns, so that you can be who you need to be for yourself.

  • I am a spiritual person living to serve the Lord and His calling for my life. I believe in healing through the tools that Christ has given us because all you have is all you need.

    My hope is to be a beacon of light through the lens of Christ by advocating for healing past traumas and navigating the present.

  • I’m currently a full-time flight attendant and have previous experience working in underserved communities with students and families.

    My passions include learning and developing better relationships with self and others. As I grow and develop, my goal is to show myself compassion while living in my authenticity, and hope to help others do the same.

  • I'm currently completing my last year of clinical mental health degree. I take a solution focus approach while also combining it with CBT. That allows us to work together to uncover your why and construct solutions while establishing healthy behavior changes and boundaries.

    I strive to create an empathic, caring, and non-judgmental space as we embark on this sometimes scary and twisted journey to becoming your best self.
